High-quality Tent Materials

Sheltent's clear top tent is made with 460g PVC clear fabric. The tarpaulin is now more transparent and lighter than the 430g clear fabric we used before. We compared the two tarpaulins and found only a 5% difference in tarpaulin performance, but a 20% difference in price.

So we chose 460g tarpaulin as the more cost-effective material. This material is not only hard-wearing but also complies with a B1 flame retardant rating, which ensures that your guests will be safe at the event.

Durable and Lightweight Structure

Sheltent's tents use an aluminum frame that is both sturdy and lightweight. While most manufacturers use galvanized steel pipe for its relatively low price, it is heavier and inconvenient to transport and set up.

To make it easier for transportation, aluminum alloy structure is our top choice because it's lightweight, sturdy, rust-resistant, and lighter while retaining its original advantages.

Strong Load-bearing Capacity

To ensure long-lasting tarps, we researched synthetic materials that are abrasion- and tensile-resistant. According to Sheltent's most recent in-house research, our tarps can even support an SUV! And now our tarps can handle three times the weight of our previous materials.

Easy to Set up

The venue will always change for event providers and organizers, and we have you covered! Sheltent tents have been re-optimized to be lighter overall, with the longest poles measuring no more than 3.5 feet. When you need more than 3.5 m poles, just splice them together. This is great for all sorts of portable construction and transportation applications.

Adapting to Different Locations

Sheltent is excited to provide a broad choice of accessories, such as stakes and ratchets, and the tent ballasting system, whether in concrete or grass. There are related solutions to assist you in completing the build, ensuring that you have all you need to accomplish your project successfully!

Several Fastening Devices

Our tent was originally reinforced with a large ratchet on the stake. Innovatively to the original design, we have added a little ratchet on the tent leg, providing additional reinforcement. Rest assured that the stability of the tent is not a concern.

Modular Design

Our tents may be joined like building bricks, allowing you to create different sizes to meet your needs. For example, you may combine two 20x20 clear-top tents to get a 40x20 one. You may also combine one or four 20x20 clear-top tents into a 40x40 tent, which reduces the number of tents that event suppliers must maintain on hand and makes doing business easier.

Customization Options

Sheltent also allows you to personalize your tarps, such as your corporate logo, making your brand more prominent.

Excellent Protection Performance

Sheltent tarps are UV-coated grade IV, which effectively filters ultraviolet radiation. This allows people to enjoy the sun even on gloomy days. Our waterproof grade 40 kpa allows you to play even on wet days, so there's no reason to fear.

Sheltent's internal studies revealed that our tents can withstand grade 8 winds and most windy conditions, except for tornadoes. We can play in most windy conditions, save tornadoes, and our tents can withstand 0.1 m of snow. So our activities may continue as planned, even on snowy days.
