    1. Frame Material Clarification

    Sorry for the confusion. Some of our other products use aluminum frames, but for our dome structures, we use steel pipe frames. The steel pipes are hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion and long-term durability.


    2. Shipping to the Philippines 

    Yes, we do ship to Philippines (Cavite Province) .We ship thousands of tents globally every year, and we have extensive experience with international logistics.

    Regarding to shipping cost, it is based on actual volume and weight. If you can confirm the sizes and quantities you are interested in, I can provide you with detailed quotations and accurate shipping costs to your destinations.


    3. Delivery & Unloading Requirements

    For domes like the 20ft size, the packed weight can exceed 500kg. If possible, it's highly recommended to have a forklift on-site to assist with unloading. This will ensure a smoother and safer delivery process.
