S-series clear span tent uses 850GSM double-coated white PVC tarpaulin. It is made of high-strength polyester fiber as the base and coated with PVC on the surface. It has excellent physical properties, including high tensile strength, flexibility, and wear resistance.

In addition, the PVC-coated tarpaulin has excellent waterproof performance and can effectively resist the invasion of rain. The tarpaulin has been specially treated to meet the strict international fire safety standards DIN 4102 B1, M2, USA NFPA701. The surface is smooth, not easy to absorb dust and stains, and is very easy to clean.

Stable Aluminum Alloy

Sheltent uses a 6061-T6 aluminum alloy frame. Its surface treatment is oxidation treatment with a thickness of more than 10 um - 15 um. It is not easily affected by oxidation, corrosion, rust, etc.

High strength and hardness make the aluminum alloy more resistant to deformation at high temperatures, ensuring its safe and stable use.

No Internal Column

The entire tent is supported by a high-strength metal frame without the internal column, thus achieving a true "clear span." Whether it is a large banquet, exhibition, conference, or sports event, you can use every inch of space without worrying about the obstruction and interference of pillars. This design provides you with an open internal space, greatly improving the efficiency and flexibility of the tent.

Excellent Environmental Adaptability

The S-series clear span tent can maintain stability from -30℃ to +70℃. In a low-temperature environment, the aluminum alloy frame can maintain sufficient toughness and strength to prevent brittle cracking and breaking.

The tarpaulin can effectively prevent aging and fading in a high-temperature environment and retain its original waterproof and UV-protection properties.

Long Service Life

The S-series clear span tent typically lasts 20 years, with the PVC tarpaulin lasting 5 years. When the tarpaulin is damaged, you can keep the frame and replace the tarpaulin. The tarpaulin adopts a split design, which allows you to replace only the damaged part.

All-Round Customization

S-series clear span tent can be customized in width, length, color, eaves height, logo, etc., according to the event's theme and commercial promotion needs. The length can be freely extended to units of 3m.
