High-quality Tent Materials

The clear top tent from Sheltent features 460g PVC clear fabric, offering greater transparency and reduced weight compared to the earlier 430g fabric.

Our comparison showed a mere 5% performance difference, but the cost varied by 20%. Therefore, we opted for the 460g material as the more economical option. It is robust and adheres to the B1 flame retardant rating, guaranteeing guest safety during events.

Durable and Lightweight Structure

Sheltent tents are constructed from a durable yet lightweight aluminum alloy structure. Aluminum alloy is an excellent alternative since it is more durable, portable, and simple to make.

We integrated the great attributes of an aluminum alloy frame, such as lightweight, strength, and rust resistance. This allows us to retain the benefits of the original design while making the structure lighter.

Strong Load-bearing Capacity

We needed to ensure that our tarps would survive, so we looked at synthetic textiles recognized for their durability. According to Sheltent's most recent study, these tarps are strong enough to support the weight of an SUV! Our new tarps can now support three times the weight of our prior materials.

Easy to Set up

If you're an event supplier or organizer that regularly switches locations, Sheltent offers a solution for you! We altered our tents to be lighter, with the longest poles reaching no more than 3.5 feet. Poles longer than 3.5 meters are simply spliced together. This makes our tents ideal for a variety of portable construction and transit applications.

Several Fastening Devices

Our tent was first strengthened with a large ratchet on the stake. To improve upon the original setup, we introduced a smaller ratchet on the tent leg, providing additional reinforcement. You can rest easily knowing the tent's stability is reliable.

Modular Design

Our tents are intended to connect like building bricks, allowing you to tailor the size to meet your needs. For example, you may combine two 20x40 clear-top tents to create a 40x40 or 20x80 tent. You may also combine four 20x40 clear-top tents to make a 40x80 tent. This adaptability allows suppliers to better manage their inventories and streamline operations.

Excellent Protection Performance

Sheltent tarps are UV-coated with a grade IV rating, making them ideal for sun protection even on gloomy days. With a 40 kPa rating, you can rely on them to manage heat efficiently. They are waterproof, so you may use them with confidence in the rain.

Our internal testing has proved that our tents can resist winds of up to grade 8 and most windy circumstances, with the exception of tornadoes. Furthermore, they can withstand up to 0.1 meters of snow buildup on the sidewalls, allowing events to continue as scheduled even in inclement weather.
